From 1 to 2 October 2026, Cebu will host an international education fair that has established itself as a leading platform for cooperation in the education sector. In 2025, the event attracted 20 countries and brought together 100 international universities. According to preliminary data, over 1 000 motivated students are planning to visit the fair in 2026.
HEPCON 2026 is expected to feature an extensive programme:
Exhibition: In the exhibition area, prospective students will have the opportunity to speak directly with university representatives and obtain all the information they need.
B2B Meetings: To build lasting ties between institutions, partnerships are key. An online scheduling system allows participants to arrange meetings in advance with representatives of other educational organisations.
Plenary Sessions and Open Discussions: Interactive panel discussions will bring together university leaders, government officials, and business representatives to discuss international university partnerships and funding opportunities for educational projects.
The working language of the fair is English.

The Philippines is an archipelagic state in Southeast Asia, comprising over 7 100 islands. As of 2025, the country’s population stands at 115 million, making it the 13th most populous nation in the world.
Cebu – the “Queen City of the South” – is one of the Philippines’ key tourist and economic hubs. It is the country’s oldest city, founded in 1565 when Magellan first set foot there. Cebu also serves as a major educational centre, with 10 universities and a student community of 140 000.
Interest in Russian education and bilateral cooperation in this field has been growing steadily. Since 2018, cooperation agreements signed between Russian and Philippine universities have been successfully implemented, including mutual faculty visits and the development of student exchange programmes.
Participation in the Cebu education fair will provide direct access to prospective students and partners. With support from the Philippine government, HEPCON serves as a key platform for enhancing the visibility and impact of your institution in Southeast Asia.

The participation fee for the exhibition is $3,200.
The organisational fee includes rental of exhibition booth space: a standard booth measuring 3m × 2m, 1 table, and 4 chairs.
Booth designe, if required, is subject to separate negotiation and payment.

About the organizer
The organiser of the exhibition in the Philippines is MSW Global, an Indonesian company specialising in marketing and public relations, primarily within the education sector. Since 2012, the company's representatives have been actively assisting both international and local educational institutions with social media promotion, direct marketing, and event organisation. MSW Global conducts approximately 90 successful events each year.
Adaptarium LLC serves as the official event partner and exclusive representative in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
